A fruits seller has three types of certain quantities of fruits with him and he measures this by using three types of weights that are 12 kg, 15kg, and 20 kg respectively. In this process, he left with 4 kg of fruits. Then, calculate how much quantity of fruits he had with him.

Calculation:

Let the total quantity of fruits be ‘x’

Now,

x = LCM of measure of all the three types of weights = LCM of 12, 15 and 20 + Remaining quantity of fruits

LCM of 12, 15 and 20 = 60

⇒ x = 60 + 4

⇒ x = 64

∴ The total quantity of fruits with him = 64 kg
