Given:

Time taken by Satendra to complete one round = 30 seconds
Concept:
They will meet at the starting point simultaneously if only they are taking same time in reaching the same point.
Hence, we can find out LCM of all these numbers to know exactly when they are gonna reach that point again.
Calculation:
24 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3
36 = 2 × 2 × 3 × 3
30 = 2 × 3 × 5
⇒ LCM = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 5 = 360 seconds
∴ They will meet at the starting point again after 360 seconds.
