Total number of students who like tea = 56

Total number of students who like coffee = 46

Total number of students who like neither tea nor coffee = 4

Total number of students = 90

Let the number of students who like both tea and coffee = x

Number of students who like only tea = 56 - x

Number of students who like only coffee = 46 – x

So,

Total number of students = (56 - x) + (46 – x) + x + 4 = 90

106 - x = 90

x = 16

Hence, 16 students like both tea and coffee.
