Calculation:

Total number of students in the school is,

⇒ 55 + 50 + 45 + 50

⇒ 200

Students from section A or D and got second grade,

⇒ 18 + 24

⇒ 42

Percent of chances,

⇒ 42/200 × 100

⇒ 21

∴ Percent of chances are 21%.
