Sugarcane planted in = 1/3 of farm

Groundnut planted in = 1/4 of farm

Jowar planted in = 25 acres

Remaining farm area = 25 acres

Calculations:

Let the total farm area be T acres

⇒ (T/3) + (T/4) + 25 = T

⇒ (4T + 3T)/12 + 25 = T

⇒ 7T/12 + 25 = T

⇒ (12T - 7T)/12 = 25

⇒ 5T/12 = 25

⇒ T/12 = 5

⇒ T = 5 × 12

⇒ T = 60 acres

∴ The total farm area is 60 acres
