Calculations:

Let the age of Alisha's husband and her parents be x years, y years and z years respectively.

Average age of Alisha and her parents = 56 years

Age of Alisha = 38 years

⇒ Sum of ages of Alisha and her parents = 3 × 56 years = 168 years

⇒ (38 + y + z) = 168      ----(1)

Average age of Alisha's husband and her parents = 52 years 

⇒ Sum of ages of Alisha's husband and her parents = 3 × 52 years = 156 years

⇒ (x + y + z) = 156      ----(2)

Subtracting (2) from (1), we get

(38 + y + z) - (x + y + z) = 168 - 156

⇒ 38 - x = 12

⇒ x = 38 - 12 = 26 years

∴ The age of Alisha's husband is 26 years.
