Given:

Ismail had = Rs. 490

The ratio of money = 7 ∶ 3

Calculation:  

Sum of ratios = 7 + 3 = 10  

7 units = 490

⇒ 1 unit = 70

⇒ 3 units = 70 × 3 = 210

⇒ Total money = Rs. 210

Number of coins = Total money/Value of each coin

⇒ Number of coins = 210/10

⇒ Number of coins = 21

∴ Puja had 21 coins.

The correct option is 3 i.e. 21
