Form this question,

i) (Anjali's age) = 2(Malini's age)

ii) Disa's age = 2(Anjali's age)

iii) Riya's age = 2(Lisa's age) 

Form the i) and ii), we can say that the person who is younger than other is Malini.

From the iii), we can say that the person who is younger than other is Lisa.

As Malini is not in the options, we will go with Lisa.
