Ball is dropped from the height of 36 m when the ball will rise at the third bounce∴ Required height :
$$\eqalign{ & = \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{2}{3} \times 36 \cr & = \frac{{32}}{3} \cr & = 10\frac{2}{3}\,m \cr} $$
