⇒ Number of casted votes = 0.75x

⇒ Number of valid votes = 0.75x × 0.95

⇒ 0.75x × 0.95 × 0.3 = 4275

⇒ 0.75x = 15000

⇒  Number of total votes = 20000

total number fo cast vote = 20000 × 75%
