Speed = Distance/Time

Calculation:

Let be assume the speed of the Tripura train is X and the speed of the Delhi train is Y

⇒ 60 × (1/X - 1/Y) = 2 ..... (1)

⇒ When train Tripura double it's speed 

⇒ 60 × (1/Y - 1/2X) = 1 ..... (2)

⇒ By solving equation (1) and (2)

⇒ X/Y = 2/3

⇒ From equation (1)

⇒ X = 10 km/h

∴ The required result will be 10 km/h.
