The ratio of hours taken by Raj and Ram to stitch one shirt and one pant = 3 : 4

The ratio of days require to stitch same clothes = 4 : 5

Use compounded ratio formula,

= (3 : 4) and (4 : 5)

= (3 × 4) : (4 × 5)

= 3 : 5

∴ The compounded ratio in is 3 : 5.
