Serial Management System

Patient satisfaction is profitable for business.

Improve the experience of existing patients to grow your patient count. A satisfied patient is the most trusted ambassador — and refers 2 to 3 new patients on average.

No brand is built without trust

When a doctor breaks the rules to see patients, patients lose trust. They think — this doctor’s ethics are not right. So they do not recommend him to anyone.

You will notice — some doctors earn a good name all around because they practice honestly. Others practice for 20–30 years and still do not get patients without a PC (commission agent). Without discipline and ethics, that trust is never built.

The cost of serial breaking

When patients take serials directly, they have to wait a long time. Those who take serials through a PC or agent are often seen earlier. What happens then?

  • Patients notice this, and even when they come directly they take the PC’s help to get an earlier serial.
  • Diagnostic centers lose financially, because a PC usually demands 30% to 50% commission of the total bill.
  • The business becomes PC-dependent in the long run, which is not sustainable.

If patients are harassed they do not come for follow-up and they discourage others. Give a good first experience and the patient will return for follow-up and bring others.

What you will see in the chamber

In front of the chamber

Digital serial display in front of the chamber

Digital display: real-time updates for patients, improving communication.

Notice at break time

Break-time notice display

If doctors are delayed by traffic, or take a break for prayer, dinner, or tea, they can update a notice in the system. This informs patients and reduces inconvenience.

Handling emergency and referral patients

Emergency and referral patient management

Our system manages emergency cases and referrals efficiently. Emergency patients get priority so they receive prompt care. Referral patients are integrated into the serial smoothly, optimizing overall patient flow.

Show your expertise with video

During wait times, you can display videos about your skills and services so patients learn more about you.

Frequently asked questions

Booking serials 1 to 10 in advance is a bad concept. Keep serials booked with gaps at 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, 31, 36, 41. Edit the names on those numbers for emergency or referral patients.
