মেসাকল ট্যাবলেট (ডিলেড রিলিজ) খাওয়ার নিয়ম কি?

Adult:

• Acute attack: Initially, up to 4 gm/day in 2 divided doses
• Maintenance of remission: Initially, 1.5 gm/day in 2 divided doses, adjust subsequently based on response.

Child (55 year): 

• Acute attack: 150 mg/kg (max: 1 gm) tid
• Maintenance of remission: 10 mg/kg (max: 500 mg) 2 times daily.

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.

Renal Impairment: CrCl <20 Dosage Avoid.

Hepatic Impairment: Avoid in severe impairment.
