Sir,
I have the honor to invite your kind attention to the fact that I am a data entry operator of Anti- Corruption Commission in your office. Suddenly my mother has been seriously ill and has been hospitalized in Faridpur Sadar Hospital. So I need two days casual leave to go to Faridpur and take care of my ailing mother.
