At a given temperature \( PbI _{2} \) will be more soluble in (a) \( 0.4 M Pb \left( NO _{3}\right)_{2} \) (b) \( 0.02 M Na 1 \) when (c) \( 0.02 MKI \) (d) water \( PbI _{2} \rightleftharpoons Pb ^{+} \)

In water PbI2 more soluble as compare to the given other solvents. In water there is no common ions effect while in, Pb(NO3)2, NaI and KI solvents, there are common ion effects due to this PbI2 less soluble in these solvents compare to water.
