Perimeter of square = 4 x side
16 = 4 x side
∴ side of a square = \(\frac{16}{4}\) = 4 cm
Area of the square
= side x side
= 4 x 4
= 16 sq.cm
∴ Side of square is 4 cm and area of the sqaure is 16 sq.cm
