(d) Carbon dioxide is one of the important green house gas. It allows the shorter wavelength of infra red radiations to pass through it but does not allow these radiations to leave the earth’s atmosphere. This results in warming of the atmosphere. If the amount of CO2decreases then there will not be any increase in temperature.
