(c) The correct sequence of different layers of atmosphere from the surface of earth is Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere and Ionosphere. Troposphere extends upto 8 km from earth surface, but at equator it is 16–18 km. Stratosphere extends above Troposphere 18–50 km. Mesosphere extends up to 80 km and above Mesosphere Ionosphere is present, which extends up to 400 km.
