To meet the increasing demand of the people, the producer will increase "their level of production of cars leading to rising in GDP. Due to rising sale of petrol and diesel cars in big cities, the pollution level will increase. Due to increase in pollution level, people will suffer from respiratory diseases, lung cancer, etc. This will reduce the welfare of people.
