(i) Fluorine does not exhibit any positive oxidation state.
(ii) The majority of known noble gas compounds are those of Xenon.
(iii) Phosphorus is much more reactive than nitrogen.

(i) Fluorine does not exhibit any positive oxidation state as it is the most electro-negative element and does not have d orbitals in its valance shell.
(ii) This is due to low ionization enthalpy of xenon.
(iii) Phosphorus is much more reactive than nitrogen as the P–P single bond (213 kJ mol -1) is much weaker than N ≡ N triple bond (941.4 kJ mol -1).
