A crystalline amino acid solution provides crystalline amino acids to promote protein synthesis and wound healing, and to reduce the rate of endogenous protein catabolism. Amino Acids given by central venous infusion in combination with concentrated dextrose, electrolytes, vitamins, trace metals, and ancillary fat supplements, constitutes total parenteral nutrition (TPN). Amino Acids can also be administered by peripheral vein with dextrose and maintenance electrolytes.
কাজ
১০% গ্লকোজ ও ইলেক্ট্রলাইটসহ অ্যামাইনােএসিডের ইনফিউশন বিশেষত সেই সব রােগীদের জন্য উপযুক্ত যাদের বেসাল অ্যামাইনাে এসিডের প্রয়ােজন। এটি প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও অল্পবয়সী রােগীদের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় ইন্ট্রাভেনাস পুষ্টির অ্যামাইনাে এসিড, গ্লুকোজ এবং ইলেক্ট্রলাইট সমূহের উৎস হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

- শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে মাত্রা ও ৫০০-১০০০ মি.লি. প্রতিদিন
- প্রাথমিকভাবে ইন্ট্রাভেনাস ইনফিউশনের রেট ২. মি.লি. প্রতি মিনিট হওয়া উচিত যা পরবর্তীতে ধীরে ধীরে বাড়ানাে যেতে পারে।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া
যখন অ্যামাইনাে এসিডের প্রয়ােগ মাত্রা সুপারিশকৃত সর্বোচ্চ মাত্রার চাইতে বেশী হয় তখন বমি, আকস্মিক উদ্ভাস, ঘাম ইত্যাদি পরিলক্ষিত হয়।
সতর্কতা
This IV infusion is accompanied by increased urinary excretion of the trace elements copper and, in particular zinc, which should betaken into account in the dosing of trace elements, particularly during long-term IV nutrition. Hyperphenylalaninemia has been noted in severely ill premature infants. In these patients, monitoring of the phenylalanine level is recommended and the infusion rate adjusted as needed. Thisshould be used with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, severe heart failure or with renal function in combination with fluid restrictions or oliguria / anuria of other origin. In patients with hyperglycemia, administration of exogenous insulin might be necessary.

At the recommended dosage the amino acid have no pharmacological effects and is not expected to interact with other medicaments.

প্রকাশিত তথ্যানুসারে গর্ভাবস্থায় সফল এবং নিরাপদ ভাবে এর প্রয়ােগ করা সম্ভব।
মাত্রাধিক্যতা
If Amino Acid, Glucose & Electrolytes combination is administered at a higher rate than recommended, there is an augmented risk for nausea, vomiting and sweating. When peripheral veins are used thrombophlebitis may occur. Osmotic diuresis with dehydration may occur if the dosage recommendations are exceeded. There is also a risk of symptoms related to hyperglycemia. In case of symptoms due to overdose, the infusion should be slowed down or discontinued.
প্রতিলক্ষণ
যে সকল রােগীদের জন্মগত অ্যামাইনাে এসিড মেটাবলিজম এর ত্রুটি, যকৃতের অপরিবর্তনীয় ক্ষতি এবং তীব্র ইউরেমিয়া রয়েছে। (যেখানে ডায়ালাইসিসের সুবিধা নেই) তাদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিনির্দেশিত। গ্লুকোজ থাকার কারনে অ্যামাইনাে এসিড আইভি ইনফিউশন এবং ১০% গ্লুকোজ (ইলেক্ট্রলাইটসহ) হাইপারঅসমােলার নন কিটোটিক ডায়াবেটিক কোমার রােগীদের জন্য প্রতিনির্দেশিত।
অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে মিথস্ক্রিয়া
সুপারিশকৃত মাত্রায় অ্যামাইনাে এসিডের কোন ফার্মাকোলজিক্যাল প্রভাব নেই এবং আশা করা হয় অন্যান্য ঔষধের সাথে কোন ক্রিয়া করেনা।
সংরক্ষণ
Protect from light and store between 15° C to 25° C temperature. Avoid freezing.
