• First, the students should be introduced to the concept of using concrete materials. The concept should flow from concrete to abstract as the children can't grasp abstract concepts in their initial stages. So first they should be guided using concrete materials and then slowly progressed towards abstract ones.
• Once the students are introduced to the concept using concrete materials then it will become easy for them to grasp the concept from pictures. So pictures come second in the sequence of content delivery to the children after concrete materials.
• Then going through concrete materials and pictures students finally get and grasp the ability to understand the concept using symbols. So symbols should be placed the last in this sequence.
