Concepts:
The total float of any activity is given as:
Ft = TLj – TEi - tij
Where
TLj = latest allowable time of event j
TEi = earliest expected time of event i
tij = duration of an activity
If Ft = 0 then that activity will be critical, otherwise it will be non – Critical.
