Communication is a two-way process where the sender and receiver play an important role in the communication process. - Eye contact is very much important in non-verbal communication, it shows the flow of conversation and gauging the other person's interest and response. Poor eye contact reflects that person is hiding the truth or showing anxiety which makes the person uneasy or uncomfortable while having a conversation with others. So, good eye contact is very much important to make information more authentic and reliable.
- A good communicator should have an empathetic personality that reflects the true feeling with another person or the person's ability to understand and to some extent share the feelings and emotions of another person.
- Good communicator always does their work with more sincerity and gracefully without committing errors. It communicates with the persons in the hazel free environment so that should be no communication gap. They know how to deal with persons and to take action.
