⇒ ∵ Tanay invested Rs.60000 for 5 months and then withdraw Rs. 15000 after 5 months

⇒ His investment now = 60000 – 15000 = 45000 for remaining months ie. 12 – 5 = 7 months

⇒ Similarly, Mitali’s investment = 60000 – 12000 = 48000 for 12 – 5 = 7 months

⇒ Ratio of investment made by Tanay, Mitali and Megha = 60000 × 5 + 45000 × 7 : 60000 × 5 + 48000 × 7 : 60000 × 5 + 78000 × 7

⇒ 615000 : 636000 : 846000

⇒ 205 : 212 : 282

⇒ Sum parts of the ratio = 205 + 212 + 282 = 699
