The correct answer would be option 1 as in the statement it shows that unemployment has been reduced this can be due to the government taking up measures, thus conclusion I follows. Whereas the second conclusion talks about people getting to know the importance of education but this does not lead to unemployment being reduced in the country thus it cannot be drawn.
