The correct answer is Option 4 i.e. 'Only A'.
Sentence A is in the future indefinite tense. In this tense we use the structure 'will/shall + V1'. The structure is correctly followed by sentence A.
Sentence B is wrong because an auxiliary verb 'be' doesn't follow V1. It follows the 'ing' form or V3.
Sentence C is wrong because an auxiliary verb 'be' is always preceded by modals(will/shall/may/would etc)
