Option 3 : D and E

  • Double Circulation (of blood) is found in Aves (birds) and Mammals.
  • In “double circulation”, blood flows in two loops. The deoxygenated blood from the body reaches right auricle and then right ventricle. The blood is then taken to lungs for oxygenation. Then oxygenated blood reaches left auricle and left ventricle and from there it is taken to rest of the body.
  • In other vertebrates like pisces (fish), amphibians and reptiles have single circulation of blood.
