Option 3 : 2 and 4

Ganga (G) is taller than both Rekha (R) and Lakshmi (L)

⇒ G > R, G > L

Lakshmi (L) is taller than Sana (S)

⇒ L > S

Now, it becomes G > R, G > L > S

Mita (M) is taller than Ganga (G)

⇒ M > G

Now, it becomes M > G > R, M > G > L > S

Conclusion 1: Lakshmi is taller than Rekha (L > R)

As there is no clear relation between Lakshmi and Rekha, the given conclusion may or may not be true.
