Arranging them according to the given information,

Movie Q is displayed at Hall 1.

Movie T is displayed at an even numbered hall. Movie P is displayed at the hall just below T.

If T is in Hall 2, then P should be in Hall 1 which is not possible, so T is in Hall 4.
