Option 1 : Only argument I is strong

Every person is different and his internal capacity, fitness, strength, performance varies. It is not a strict rule that with age, health and performance of a person deteriorates. It completely depends on that person. Same is the case with a sportsperson. So a professional sportsperson should be able to decide when he wants to retire. Hence argument I is strong. But argument II is not strong because it is making comparisons.

Thus, only argument I is strong
