Option 1 : 12

Number of boys = 75% of 64 = 48.

The number of girls = 16.

Now, if Ram is 28^th from the top, it means there are 27 students ahead of him.

The number of boys behind him is one more than the number of boys ahead of him = 23 boys are ahead of ram and 24 boys behind him.

Thus only 4 girls are ahead of him. The rest is behind him.

Thus, 12 girls are behind him.

Hence, the correct answer will be 12.
