Option 3 : 22 years

Age of Aarti = 6 years

Age of Aarti's father = 6 years + 19 years = 25 years

Age of Aarti's mother = 25 years + 6 years = 31 years

Age, at which the mother got married = 31 years - 6 years - 3 years

31 years - 9 years = 22 years.

Hence, 22 years is correct.
