Given:

The present age of Ena is 13 year

Calculation:

⇒ The present age of Ena's mother = 13 + 24 = 37 years

⇒ The present age of Ena's father = 37 + 3 = 40 years

⇒ The age of Ena's father when he gets married = 40 - 13 - 4 = 23 years

∴ The required result will be 23 years.
