Option 4 : 14 : 23

Number of employees whose daily wages are Rs. 200 or more but less than Rs. 400 = 5 + 9 = 14

Number of employees whose daily wages are Rs. 400 or more but less than Rs. 600 = 12 + 11 = 23

Ratio = 14 : 23

∴ Required ratio is 14 : 23
