pronoun কাকে বলে উদহারণ সহ বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেন?

সহজ ভাষায় pronoun হচ্ছে noun বা নাম এর পরিবর্তে যা বসে তাই pronoun.  উদাহরণ: Jaber is an expert of Bissoy answer. বাক্যটিতে দেখেন দুটো নাম আছে অর্থাৎ Jaber এবং Bissoy answer দুটোই noun . এখন এই noun দুটোর পরিবর্তে যে সব শব্দ ব্যবহার করা যাবে তাই pronoun . তো আমরা কি কি ব্যবহার করতে পারি? নামের পরিবর্তে ব্যবহার করতে পারি he এবং bissoy এর পরিবর্তে ব্যবহার করতে পারি it. সুতরাং এখানে he এবং it হচ্ছে pronoun . নিজের মতো করে বলার চেষ্টা করেছি আশাকরি বুঝেছেন ।

যে সকল শব্দ আমরা নামের পরিবর্তে ব্যবহার করি তাদেরকেই Pronoun বা সর্বনাম বলে।

যেমন, He, She, We etc.

The word which we use instead of Noun is called Pronoun. A pronoun always replaces a noun.

Example:

Karim is a good boy. (এখানে Karim একটি Noun)

He goes to school every day.

We should take care of our children.

উপরের উদাহরণ গুলোতে Karim নামক একটি ছেলের সম্পর্কে বলা হয়েছে। প্রথম বার তার নাম Karim হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে,পরবর্তিতে যতবার তার নাম আসবে ততবার তার নামের পরবর্তে Pronoun হিসেবে He ব্যবহার করতে হবে। তেমনি বিভিন্ন ধরনের Noun অনুযায়ী Pronoun বসাতে হয়।

There are several different kinds of pronouns. These are:

Personal pronouns

Demonstrative pronouns

Interrogative pronouns

Indefinite pronouns

Possessive pronouns

Reciprocal pronouns

Relative pronouns

Reflexive pronouns

Intensive pronouns.

Personal pronouns:

Personal pronouns দ্বারা নির্দিষ্ট কোন ব্যক্তি, বস্তু বা group কে বোঝায়।

I, it, he, they, she, we, and you are the personal pronouns.

Subject pronouns:

যে pronoun গুলো বাক্যে subject হিসেবে বসে সেগুলো Subject Pronoun.

Subject Pronouns: I, we, he, she, they, it.

I love banana.

He and I had a deal.

They should go for a study tour.

Object pronouns:

Object pronoun, subject pronoun এর বিপরীত। Subject pronoun এবং object pronoun এর form ভিন্নরকম।

Object pronoun গুলো হলঃ Me, us, him, her, them, it.

Ratul loves her.

You should warn them.

Demonstrative pronouns:

Demonstrative pronoun গুলো noun এর আগে বসে সেই noun কে নির্দিষ্ট করে। এগুলো সাধারণত adjective হিসেবে কাজ বেশি করে। কিন্তু যখন noun টি উহ্য থাকে তখন এগুলোকে demonstrative pronoun বলা হয়।

These, those, that, such and this are the demonstrative pronouns.

Example:

Should I bring those?

This is the last one that I left in the room.

Those are beautiful.

Interrogative pronouns:

কোন প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞেস করার জন্যে যে pronoun ব্যবহার করা হয় তাকে interrogative pronouns বলে.  

Who, which, when, what, whose are the interrogative pronouns.

Example:

Who is your friend? (Used to ask a question about people)

What do you want for a meal? (Used to ask a question about object)

Whom do you want? (Used to ask a question about people)

Possessive pronouns:

কোন কিছুর মালিকানা বা অধিকার বোঝাতে possessive adjectives (my, our, their, his, her, its) এর পরে যে  noun থাকে তার পরিবর্তে যে pronoun ব্যবহার করা হয়, সেগুলোই possessive pronoun.    

Example:

Have you brought your jacket? I didn’t bring mine. (My jacket)

My book has stolen by someone. Can I see yours?

It is my dog, not his.

Relative pronouns:

বাক্যের ভিতরে কোন একটি noun সম্পর্কে নতুন তথ্য সংযুক্ত করার জন্য Relative pronouns ব্যবহার করা হয়।

That, which, who, whom, whose, where are the relative pronouns.

Example:

The man who is wearing the black sun-glass is my uncle.

This is the place where I lived for two years.

The shirts that I bought the previous day were excellent.

Reflexive pronouns:

Subject এবং object একই ব্যাক্তি বা বস্তু হলে reflexive pronouns বসাতে হয়। Reflexive pronoun গুলো subject কেই object হিসেবে reflect করে।

Example:

He killed himself.

They hurt themselves when they tripped on the stairs.

I told myself not to waste the valuable time.

Intensive pronouns:

অন্য কোন noun বা pronoun এর উপরে গুরত্ব প্রদান করার জন্যে যেসকল pronoun ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাদেরকে Intensive pronouns বলা হয়। Reflexive pronoun এবং intensive pronoun দেখতে একই রকম কিন্তু intensive pronoun বাক্যে object হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় না ।

Example:

Rahim opened the door himself.

I wash my clothes myself.

Pronoun is the most important part of part of speech. In a word.... Pronoun is a word which generally used instead of a noun or a noun equivalent. There are many kinds of Pronouns but the most important one is personal pronoun...
