'সূরা আন-নূরের' ১নং আয়াতের ইংরেজি অনুবাদ হলোঃ- "(This is) a Surah (chapter of the Quran) which We have sent down and which We have enjoined, (ordained its legal laws) and in it We have revealed manifest Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations lawful and unlawful things, and set boundries of Islamic Religion), that you may remember." তথ্যসূত্রঃ "The Holy Quran, English"

বাংলা- এটা একটা সূরা যা আমি নাযিল করেছি, এবং দায়িত্বে অপরিহার্য করেছি। এতে আমি সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ অবতীর্ণ করেছি, যাতে তোমরা স্মরণ রাখ। A sura which We have sent down and which We have ordained in it have We sent down Clear Signs, in order that ye may receive admonition.
