∴ a + b + 3c = 79         ----(1)

a + c + 2b = 61       ----(2)

c + 3b + 3a = 101       ----(3)

From (1),

a + b = 79 - 3c      ----(4)

From (3),

c + 3(a + b) = 101      ----(5)

Put (a + b) from (4) in (5)

c + 3 (79 - 3c) = 101

c + 237 - 9c = 101

8c = 136

c = 17 yrs

∴ Mary's age is 17 years.
