Kapil's time after meeting = 169 minutes

Chandu's time after meeting = 196 minutes

Formula used:

S1/S2 = √(T2/T1)

Calculation:

Let Chandu's speed be x km/h

So, 42/x = √(196/169)

⇒ 42/x = 14/13

⇒ x = 13 × 42 /14 = 39 km/h

∴ Chandu's speed is 39 km/h
