Let the number of male and female employees is 3x and x

Percentage of male employees not present on Monday = 75% of 3x

Percentage of female employees not present on Monday = 50% of x

Required ratio = (75/100) × 3x ∶ (50/100) × x

⇒ 4.5 ∶ 1
