Concept-
- Children are diagnosed with failure to thive when thrie weight or rare of weight, and child is not growing as expected.
- Baby or child may take in enough food, but not be able to absorb enough nutrients and calorie
- Cause of failure to thrive is short height, behaviour problem and developmental delays.

- Coarctation of heart is a narrowing of the large blood vessel that leads from heart.
- The exact cause of coarctation is unknown. It results from abnormalities in developmental of the aorta prior to birth
- It is diagnosed by electrocardiogram, CT, angiography
- Arotic coarctation is more common in certain genetic disorders people.
