Calculation:

The percentage of Engineering students in 2019 = 13%

The number of Engineering students in 2019 = (13/100) × 2000 = 260

The percentage of Engineering students in 2020 = 12%

The number of Engineering students in 2020 = (12/100) × 2400 = 288

The number of Engineering students increase from 2019 to 2020 = 288 - 260 = 28

The increase percentage = (28/260) × 100 = 10.769...% ≈ 10.77%
