Multiples of 5 from 1 to 200 can be represented as 5n, where n is any natural numbers and 1 ≤ n ≤ 40

∴ Number of Multiples of 5 from 1 to 200 = 40

5n will be a multiple of 4 if n is a multiple of 4

Now, multiples of 4 from 1 to 40 can be represented as 4m, where m is any natural number and 1 ≤ m ≤ 10

∴ Number of multiples of 4 from 1 to 40 = 10

∴ Required number = 40 - 10 = 30
