- To make 11 pieces of equal length from 1 full roll, we need to cut 10 times.
- Rate of cutting = 50 pieces per minute.
- Therefore, no. of pieces in 25 minutes = 50 × 25 = 1250.
⇒ No. of rolls cut in 25 minutes
= No. of pieces cut in 25 minutes ÷ No. of cuts required for 1 roll
= 1250 ÷ 10
= 125.
