Three persons A, B and C have different amount of rupees with them. If A gives 11 rupees to B, A will have equal amount as C has. A and C together have total 161 rupees. B has 7 rupees less than C. How many rupees does B have? Correct Answer 68

Let,

Person A has x rupees.

A = x

C = x – 11

A + C = x + x - 11 = 161

2x - 11 = 161

2x = 172

X = 86

A = 86, C = 75, B = (75 – 7)

B = 68

Hence, 68 is the correct answer.
