According to the question,

⇒ 1/10 + 1/24 + 1/x = 1/6

⇒ 1/x = 1/6 - 1/10 - 1/24

⇒ 1/x = (20 - 12 - 5)/120

⇒ 1/x = 3/120

⇒ x = 40

∴ R alone can reap the field in = 40 days
