Statement: According to a recent health survey, people who exercise for at least half an hour every day are less prone to lifestyle diseases. Conclusions: I. It is mentioned in the statement itself that exercising daily for a short period of time will lead to a healthy life. So, conclusion I is valid. But, it is not mentioned anywhere that not exercising every day will become a cause for lifestyle diseases for each and every one. So, conclusion II is invalid.
