Given:

Radius of a circle = 28 cm

Conversion Used:

Fraction 1/7 1/8
Percentage (%) 14.28 12.5


Calculation:

⇒ Area of circle = π × r2 = 22/7 × 28 × 28

⇒ Area of circle = 2464 cm2

⇒ Area of rectangle = 12.5% × (2464) = 1/8 × (2464)

⇒ Area of rectangle = 308 cm2

Area of square = 14.28% × (308) = 1/7× (308)

⇒ Area of square = 44 cm2

∴ The required answer is 44 cm2.
