Out of six consecutive natural numbers if the sum of first three is 27, what is the sum of the other three ? Correct Answer 36

Let the six numbers be, x , (x + 1), (x + 2), (x + 3), (x + 4) and (x + 5)
Then,
⇔ x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 27
⇔ 3x + 3 = 27
Required sum :
= (x + 3) + (x + 4) + (x + 5)
= 3x + 12
= (3x + 3) + 9
= 27 + 9
= 36
